Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Texas Launches New Business Networking Group
BGCNetwork group focuses on assisting local businesses increase their networking capabilities. All membership dues go to help local at-risk youth.

LAKE DALLAS, TX, June 16, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Texas announced today their affiliation with BGCNetwork, a newly formed networking group, to provide professional business individuals with an opportunity to increase their profits. "This is a unique opportunity for those that become members of the BGCNetwork. Members attending our meetings will have the opportunity to learn from professionals how to become better networkers and in turn increase their opportunities to close more business", stated Babs Troutman, President of the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Texas.

According to Troutman, the annual membership dues of $100.00 will be donated directly to the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Texas and be used to ensure kids have a safe, positive place to be during these trying economic times. In addition, BGCNetwork meetings will be held throughout the Denton County area to ensure more individuals have the opportunity to attend.

The original idea of establishing BGCNetwork was formulated by Rick Troutman, Vice President Resource Development Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Texas. Troutman, who has over 35 years of sales and marketing experience, decided the time was right to start the networking club. "I wanted to provide local business owners an opportunity to become better at networking and closing more business, plus, provide a channel for individuals to learn more about the Boys and Girls Club of North Central Texas", Troutman said. "The BGCNetwork motto is simply "Help a kid, build your business". What better way to help your community than to help support local at-risk youth and help businesses become more profitable", stated Troutman.

The BGCNetwork Kick Off meeting will be held Thursday, June 16, 2011, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Los Toreros Restaurant, 2900 Wind River Lane, Denton, Texas 76210 attendance is free.
