Introducing the More Than A Zodiac Sign Internet Radio Show
Texas-based More Than A Zodiac Sign joins the world of Internet radio with music- and cancer-related guests from around the country.


    MCKINNEY, TX, November 19, 2008 /Texas News Articles/ -- More Than A Zodiac Sign, a project run by the company Ultraviolet Bookings, is known for its cancer-related charity concerts and auctions that everyone from The All-American Rejects to Maroon 5 have contributed their signatures to. Now, MTAZS is branching into the world of internet radio.

Starting Saturday November 22, 2008 at 10pm Central Standard Time, More Than A Zodiac Sign Radio will be broadcasting from http://www.blogtalkradio.com/morethanazodiacsign with Kristen Reed, the owner of Ultraviolet Bookings, as the hostess. The show will be comprised of interviews with musicians, entertainers, and people who have been affected by cancer as well as cancer- and music-related news items.

The inaugural broadcast will feature the Phoenix, Arizona band Anarbor and the Tyler, Texas band Everly. Slade Echeverria and Mike Kitlas of Anarbor will be playing an acoustic set as the headliners of the More Than A Zodiac Sign concert on January 17, 2009 in Dallas with Everly, Beating Around the Bush, Story 48, and Winterberry Drive. The concert benefits the American Cancer Society, and tickets for the concert are now on sale through Front Gate Tickets.

Other guests scheduled to appear on the show are: Rob Dyer of Skate 4 Cancer, musician/model Tara Mason, and the bands Set It Off, From A Movie, Jet Lag Gemini, and School Boy Humor.
